Nice size fire pits that you can hire. Dogs allowed. Occasionally they have a licensed bar here which is lovely to sit by on a hot summers day. Good for families.

Stayed 2 nights in a motorhome, found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely pitch down the bottom of the site, quiet with lots of hedgerows and... read more birds. Everywhere was clean, a great site for exploring the area. The map with suggested walks and distances was useful.

Fairly relaxed campsite, for a commercial one. Prices seemed reasonable for basic pitch and electronic hookup. Facilities fairly basic but better than some I have stayed at.

It was good. Must admit camping was a bit cramped but it didn't detract. Pod were good as were the breakfasts. Very helpful staff.
